Should the US put such a dramatic push on winter sports and recreational tourism considering the negative environmental effects it produces?

    1. This one could be interesting. Might be more of a proposal argument, one proposing a solution, which is fine.
    2. Might be hard to find your own voice here since it is something talked about a lot, but if you think you can find a twist that makes it original or fills a gap, go for it.
