I can't find an author or publisher of this unless the author is the Distance Education. This is a good guideline of rules and regulations for ethical play and something to work off of when talking about implicating ideas into Junior played sports. As far as being a credible source, I'm not sure that it is because it doesn't offer anything other than this list. I would use it as reference for ideas but maybe not as a source.

This article is written by Brett Martel and published by The Associated Press, discussing the bounty programs set in place by players of mulitple teams in the NFL. The article states that an NFL spokesman stated the bounty programs are allowed as long as they are run by the players and the amounts aren't "exorbitant". What does the NFL define as exorbitant?
According to the article, the NFL is attempting to punish players based on previous acts. The acts described happened in 1996 and are being brought to light now.
This article is informative about bounty programs in the NFL but makes me question who is telling the truth. I have a hard time beliving the NFL actually wants to punish players, and aren't just doing it because they feel pressure from the rest of the world.
