The first url does seem like a credible source. Harvey Parker is a well-established author and also is the founder of CHADD. This really gives him a lot of credibility as a source. The website itself is on PBS which also another valid source. Great job!
The second URL seems like it would be a good source as its a on medical blog and the post is written by a PSYD. As its on a medical blog the probability of other professionals in this field commenting or sharing their opinions is likely and therefore could turn out to be even more useful than the original author, One problem however could be verifying their credibility.
